We welcome everyone to Kositaz y Maz and appreciate your support.

We ship through USPS. Once package is shipped, we will provide tracking number of your package(s). We have no control on shipping time. USPS usually is good with scanning the package(s) but there might be one that gets pushed through without being scanned.

We package all breakable items with care; however, some pallets may arrive damaged due to USPS mishandling packages, if this happens to any of your pallets, we recommend to use alcohol to repair them. 

Friendly reminder, all deposits for the lives and sales are final, no exchange or refund on any damage items due to mishandling of package by USPS.
